BML Wide Open Wednesday

For my part in this Wide Open Wednesday there are moves afoot by the Biden administration designed to endear the president to voters and possibly get them out to the polls. Backing off the cigarette menthol ban and reclassifying marijuana as “less dangerous” are in play. They are also considering bringing Palestinian refugees to the US with a path toward citizenship.

It appears President Trump will be allowed to attend Barron’s high school graduation. He was also hit with a $9000 fine for contempt of court by the judge in his NYC trial. I think a lot of folks have contempt for that court.

The protests and occupations on college campuses across the country continue. We have several examples and law enforcement is engaging on several fronts, including at USF.

Locally, the Brightline train station in Cocoa has cheerleaders. Included in that group are elected officials who will do whatever it takes to convince us it’s a good idea and worth the tax dollar investment.

What has your attention today? Put it in play when you call the show at 321.768.1240.
