Husband Of Missing South Florida Woman Arrested At Miami Airport

(Miami, FL) -- The estranged husband of a South Florida woman who disappeared while in Spain earlier this year is in custody. Federal agents arrested David Knezevich at the Miami International Airport on Saturday after he returned from a months-long trip to his home country of Serbia. Authorities believe he is involved in the disappearance of his wife, Ana Maria Knezevich Henao last February. Police say she was visiting Madrid to get away from her home in Fort Lauderdale while she goes through a divorce. The search for Henao is still underway.

Steward Health Care Files For Bankruptcy

(Tallahassee, FL) -- A company that operates eight hospitals in Florida is asking for financial help. Steward Health Care filed for bankruptcy yesterday, calling it a necessary step to avoid disrupting patient care. The Dallas-based company cites insufficient reimbursement by government payors, skyrocketing labor costs, and inflation for its latest decision. Steward runs medical centers in Miami-Dade, Broward, Brevard, and Indian River counties, as well as in seven other states.

Brightline To Increase South Florida Fares Next Month

(Miami, FL) -- Brightline is getting ready to increase its South Florida fares next month. The high-speed passenger train system is currently offering 40 one-way tickets to all stations between West Palm Beach and Miami for nearly four-hundred dollars. Starting on June 1st, the prices will go up by more than 250-percent.The company says it will soon only offer packages of ten tickets, costing commuters about 14-hundred dollars for four packages. Brightline is not expected to make any immediate changes to its fares from Miami to Orlando International Airport.

Snoop Dogg Becomes Sponsor Of College Football Bowl Game

(Tucson, AZ) -- Snoop Dogg will now be a part of college football's bowl season. The Arizona Bowl in Tucson is becoming the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented By Gin & Juice By Dre And Snoop. The game played on the campus of the University of Arizona was previously sponsored by Barstool Sports. Yahoo Sports reports this will be the first college bowl game sponsored by an alcohol brand. This year's game is set to be played at Arizona Stadium on December 28th.
